Functional Training功能性训练


The functional training classes include core function (main focus on strengthening the abdominal muscles), split workouts for upper and lower body as well as full body workouts focusing on muscle tone, proper movement and strength. This is what they call “Functional Training” – exercises that help you on the inside and out.
In the classes, steps,  resistance bands, medicine balls, stability balls, dumbbells, barbells and will be used.

功能性训练课程包含了核心训练(主要侧重于增强腹部的肌肉);对于身体的上下部分别采取相应的运动方式达到锻炼效果;对于全身的锻炼则侧重于肌肉的张力,采取恰当的运动以增强身体的力量。
这就是“功能性训练”,一种能帮助你由内而外都能锻炼到的课程。
课堂中,我们会运动到一些简单的器具来帮助我们来完成锻炼,如,踏板、阻力带、药球、稳定球、哑铃、杠铃。
